Varsity vs Mattoon High School Win Varsity vs Urbana High School Win Varsity vs Richwoods High School Loss MS went 2-1 on the weekend, defeating Urbana 7-0 and Mattoon 1-0 before losing to Peoria Richwoods in the finals. The girls had an improved weekend, with the offense picking up some quality chances in the finals. The defense was strong all weekend, and the midfield had their best game of the season in the finals against an 8-2 Richwoods team. Erika Johnson and Paislee Welge were both awarded all-tournament team honors.
